Exercise Physiologist Specialist

Bindu is a qualified Exercise Physiologist.  Exercise Physiologists specialise in clinical exercise interventions for people with a broad range of health issues. She has worked with many clients assisting them with the following conditions and issues:

• Neurological Conditions- Stroke, Parkinson’s including Warrior 1 Course, MS, DMD(Muscular dystrophy), Cerebral palsy

• Muskuloskeletal conditions – including Arthritis, Shoulder conditions-rotator cuff injuries, tendinopathy, sprains, Lower back pain, and neck pain.

• Post-operative clients with laminectomy, Total Knee Replacement, and Total Hip Replacement.
